This Superior water conditioner is guaranteed for a period of one (1) year and warranted for an additional nine (9) years on a pro-rated schedule to be free of all defects in materials and workmanship. Upon receipt of the defective unit, freight prepaid and proof of purchase, a new water conditioner will be furnished F.O.B. factory. There shall be no guarantee or warranty expressed or implied other than contained herein.
